Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Skilled Career Consultancy Incorporated. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in attracting, selecting, and developing talented individuals to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Provide staff training
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Enforce provincial and territorial laws and regulations
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals
