Job Title: Supervisor, Loss Prevention Officers

CMI Concierge & Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Loss Prevention Officers to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in loss prevention and security to supervise our loss prevention officers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of loss prevention officers to ensure the security and safety of our clients and their properties.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent loss and minimize risk.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to loss prevention officers on security procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security program.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Security Guard License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
