Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Country Hills Storage on 84 Street.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts, schedules, and appointments
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Maintain digital databases and perform data entry
  • Analyze and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Greet clients and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience

What We Offer:
