The estimated salary for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a temporary full-time position, expected to last until February 2026. You will oversee day-to-day pharmacy dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, and distribution of drugs and pharmaceuticals.

  • Clinical responsibilities, including drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and community partners.
  • Inventory management.
  • Team member scheduling, training, and management.
  • Identifying business strengths and patient needs.
  • Developing and implementing business growth strategies and plans.
  • Enforcing policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drugs distribution.
  • Completing tasks as dictated by the College of Pharmacy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Canadian Pharmacist license and be in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Pharmacy management experience or a minimum of 2 years as a pharmacist.
  • Fluency with Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance procedures.
  • Your Injection Certification.
