We are seeking a seasoned strategic leader with extensive experience in labour relations, collective bargaining, and team development within the Canadian landscape.

Key responsibilities include identifying labour risks, guiding organizational change, and influencing decisions that align with company values and labour strategies.

The ideal candidate is a proven team builder who drives mindset shifts among operations leaders and takes a proactive approach to ensure compliance and readiness to handle labour issues.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $180,000 and $220,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
