Senior Labour Relations Manager for Eastern Canada

Role OverviewWe're seeking a highly skilled Senior Labour Relations Manager to lead our efforts in Eastern Canada. This individual will provide strategic guidance on collective bargaining, labour law interpretation, and employee relations. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive collective bargaining strategy across Eastern Canada.
- Representing the company with regulatory authorities related to labour/employee relations.
- Managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with collective agreements.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Labour Relations, or HR Management.
- 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources and Labour Relations, with a focus on employee and labour relations.
- Progressive experience as a human resource generalist and a professional human resource certification.
- Solid understanding of payroll, compensation & benefits in a unionized environment.
- Bilingual (English & French) communication skills.
As a key member of our team, you'll be expected to demonstrate strong business acumen, conflict management skills, drive for results, managerial courage, political savvy, and strategic agility.
