**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced HR Labour Relations Specialist to join our team at Bombardier Transportation GmbH. This role will be responsible for managing and resolving complex employee and labour relations issues, conducting effective investigations, and interpreting collective agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as counsel support for Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) and managers on all matters relating to Labour Relations for unionized employees.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee and Labour Relations issues.
  • Conducts effective, objective, and comprehensive investigations.
  • Interpret, guide, and apply collective agreements to the business on all employee/Labour Relations inquiries, including policies, grievance/arbitration procedures, corrective action, and other collective agreement stipulations.

Requirements:

  • At least ten (10) years of progressive experience within an HR and/or Labour Relations Advisor capacity in a unionized manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or related field.
  • Proven experience working in a labour environment with a union-represented employee population.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to adjust communication to the level of the listener.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills necessary to effectively work with various individuals and departments.
  • Ability to lead and inspire change within the organization, ensuring that changes are well-received and effectively implemented.
