**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator & Executive Assistant to join our Toronto office. This role will directly support the Managing Partner and other Partners, ensuring seamless project delivery, client satisfaction, and scheduling.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage calendars and travel arrangements for the Managing Partner, ensuring a well-organized schedule.
  • Handle correspondence (email, phone, video conferencing) with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate project meetings from initiation to close, tracking progress, scheduling interviews, and maintaining timely follow-up with clients and candidates.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • 5-10 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or project coordination role within a professional services or executive search firm preferred.
  • University degree required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
