Office Administration Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sandhu & Sran Leasing & Financing Inc. This role plays a vital part in supporting our day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth flow of tasks and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and distribute mail, packages, and other documents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring error-free and professional communication.
- Perform data entry and maintain digital databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and expectations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
