Job Title: Office Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at AHUJA TRANSPORT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Office Management: Manage the office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-organized and tidy.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
