We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Great Canadian Oil Change. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Manage cash
  • Conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $50,000 - $70,000 per year
  • Bonus and commission opportunities
  • Health benefits, including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, and vision care benefits
  • 40 hours of work per week
