Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Firehouse Subs. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific location, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and cash handling to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other Shift Leaders and management to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to employees to improve performance and achieve company standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
