About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team at Digital Shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned clients, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Strategy and Management: Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies for our clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on progress and results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key account metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Communication and Reporting: Clearly communicate progress and results to clients, providing regular reports on account status.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in digital marketing.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, with a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Google Docs, and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
