As an Account Manager at Digital Shift, you will manage a portfolio of designated clients, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through ongoing SEO initiatives, conducting monthly strategy meetings, and keeping them informed about their progress and outcomes.

This position will challenge you to manage multiple projects effectively, maintain a sharp focus on details, and consistently drive results. You will act as the bridge between our clients and our operations teams, ensuring that clients remain satisfied and engaged with our offerings over the long term. If you are confident in your ability to cultivate and sustain strong client relationships while navigating the fast-evolving landscape of digital marketing, we look forward to connecting with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate monthly strategy meetings
  • Strategically outline deliverables with clients
  • Anticipate and address client needs and business goals
  • Collaborate with Operations to assess progress and achieve results
  • Establish and nurture strong, enduring client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the status of monthly/quarterly initiatives to clients
  • Identify opportunities for new business with existing clients and areas for improvement
  • Monitor and track key account metrics
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on account status
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar role
  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and proficiency in Google Docs or MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • Track record of delivering client-focused solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

This is a full-time remote role that requires a proactive and self-motivated individual. Your ability to meet deadlines and stay connected using project management and collaboration tools will be essential.
