As an Account Manager at Digital Shift, you will manage a portfolio of designated clients, coordinating with internal teams to guarantee an exceptional customer experience. You will be the trusted advisor for our clients, guiding them through ongoing SEO initiatives, conducting monthly strategy discussions, and ensuring they are consistently informed about their progress and outcomes.

This position will challenge you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a sharp focus on details while continuously driving results. You will act as the bridge between our clients and our operations teams, ensuring that clients remain satisfied and engaged with our services over the long term. If you possess the skills to cultivate and sustain strong client relationships while navigating the fast-evolving landscape of digital marketing, we are eager to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate monthly strategy discussions
  • Strategically plan deliverables in collaboration with clients
  • Proactively address client needs and business goals
  • Work closely with Operations to assess progress and achieve results
  • Establish and nurture strong, enduring client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the status of monthly/quarterly initiatives to clients
  • Identify opportunities for new business with existing clients and areas for improvement
  • Monitor and track key account metrics
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on account status
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Sales Account Manager, or in a similar role
  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail
  • Strong capability to communicate, present, and influence effectively
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and proficiency in Google Docs or MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
