About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Digital Shift. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our clients' online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content across various digital platforms to captivate our audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Promotional Strategy: Design and execute promotional campaigns to maintain a consistent and compelling online presence.
  • Visual Storytelling: Create high-quality visual content that represents our brand and enhances our digital marketing efforts.
  • Profile Management: Optimize and manage our social media profiles across multiple platforms to maximize engagement.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, refine strategies, and increase overall engagement.
  • Calendar Coordination: Develop and manage a comprehensive digital marketing calendar to ensure a consistent and impactful online presence.
Requirements
  • A positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing or as a marketing specialist.
  • Proficient in consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication.
  • Demonstrated experience with major digital marketing platforms and familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of online marketing and major marketing channels.
  • Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Journalism, or English.
