Client Experience Manager

At Equitable Life of Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Group Underwriting department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our regional office service staff operate at full capacity while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.
The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a leadership position and make a meaningful impact on our organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a management role, with a strong background in group benefits and experience working with clients to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize Capacity: Ensure that our regional office service staff are operating at full capacity across all levels, including office, region, Group Account Executive, and national, while maintaining a strong client focus. Identify opportunities for efficiencies between Quote and Implementation.
- Service Level Model: Develop a model that ensures a positive service experience for both potential and existing group policyholders.
- Support Group Account Executives: Assist Group Account Executives in strengthening partnerships with Client Relationship Specialists. Work closely with advisor service teams to manage advisor relationships.
- Leadership: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on building relationships, fostering teamwork, and driving continuous improvement and change management.
- Training: Ability to train others on processes, accountabilities, and client experience.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft products and the ability to learn and apply new system applications.
- An estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and location.
