Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Insurance Professional to join our team as a Client Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $65,000. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON, and also have the opportunity to work from home on occasion. The schedule will involve 8 hour rotating shifts between 8:30am ET and 7:30pm ET.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming telephone calls and email inquiries from clients;
  • Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services;
  • Resolve client complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery;
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and correspondence.

Requirements

  • You must be fluent in both French and English, including the ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in both languages;
  • You should have previous experience in a phone-based client care/service role, preferably in the insurance industry or a related medical field;
  • You possess superior interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external clients;
  • You have excellent listening skills to facilitate positive outcomes with inquiries and irate callers;
  • You can handle high stress levels in a fast-paced production environment;
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
