About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team. As Head of Partnerships BD, you will be responsible for growing our product and partner ecosystem through protocol launch and beyond.

Your primary objective will be to develop a strong pipeline of partnerships for the protocol and Bend, driving growth with user activity, volume, and product development. You will also be a key face of the protocol and Bend product, working closely with partners and customers throughout the web3 space.

To achieve this, you'll need to build relationships with relevant prospects and stakeholders, ensuring the business development pipeline generates conversions for the protocol and Bend at a high pace.

Responsibilities
  • Grow our product and partner ecosystem through protocol launch and beyond
  • Develop a strong pipeline of partnerships for the protocol and Bend, driving growth with user activity, volume, and product development
  • Be a face of the protocol and Bend product, working closely with partners and customers throughout the web3 space
  • Build relationships with relevant prospects and stakeholders, ensuring the business development pipeline generates conversions for the protocol and Bend at a high pace
Requirements
  • Previous successful experience as a tech startup operator in a similar business development leadership role
  • Demonstrated track record of creative dealmaking, negotiating favorable terms aligned towards product and company goals
  • Experience taking a BD function from zero to one, managing and scaling business development teams
  • Highly proficient with business development tech tools and general digital organizational tools (e.g., Notion, Slack)
About Compensation

We offer a competitive salary package, including base salary + equity + token allocation, estimated to be around $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

As a fully remote organization, you'll have the flexibility to work anywhere in the US, Canada, or North American time zones.
