Pleasant Street Real Estate Incorporated is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, documents, and databases.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure timely completion and meet deadlines.
- Office Operations: Assist with office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and facility maintenance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Construction company.
- Accounting Software: Proficient in accounting software.
- Human Resources Software: Familiarity with human resources software.
- Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Project Management Software: Familiarity with project management software.
