Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at the FFUN Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide full-cycle HR support and guidance to employees and managers across multiple business units and provinces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments for new hires, transfers, and compensation changes.
  • Administer group benefits, including group health, dental, and disability plans.
  • Assist and advise managers and employees on employment law, company policies, compensation, and benefit programs.
  • Conduct stay and exit interviews, and develop recommendations based on findings.
  • Monitor and ensure company compliance with changing employment laws across multiple provinces.
  • Manage employee medical leaves and Workers Compensation incidents from start to finish.
  • Lead workplace investigations and various projects to advance the department and company.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources Generalist or HR Business Partner experience.
  • Human Resources degree, diploma, or certificate, with knowledge of multiple Provincial Employment Standards Acts across Canada.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and familiarity with Human Resources Information Management Systems.
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Service-oriented with high energy, initiative, and an engaging attitude.
  • Valid driver's license.
