Demand Generation Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at OfficeSpace. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for building, managing, and executing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and accelerate pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute integrated marketing funnel programs to take prospects from awareness to opportunity to purchase.
- Plan and deploy email campaigns, re-engagement programs, and nurture tracks by segment, use case, and persona.
- Manage webinars and digital events, including topic identification, SME collaboration, and content creation.
- Support the management of in-person events, from conception to execution, partnering with content and design teams.
- Oversee end-to-end paid digital campaigns, including planning, ad copywriting, bid management, and budget allocation.
- Develop and execute ABM strategies, including account selection, research, and planning.
- Test, optimize, and produce ABM campaign materials and messaging, partnering with BDRs and AEs to optimize outcomes.
- Prioritize and group accounts according to opportunity, buyer need, persona, solution, and buying cycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, cost to acquire, campaign performance, and more.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize campaigns, and achieve results.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation in a B2B SaaS organization, preferably between $10M - $100M ARR.
- Familiarity with a diverse MarTech stack, including Hubspot, Salesforce, and 6Sense, and proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
- Advanced experience with PPC ad platforms, campaign creation, and management, as well as ABM campaigns and partnering with BDR and sales teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to increase pipeline and optimize conversion rates.
- Metrics-driven, enthusiastic self-starter with strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and exceptional attention to detail.
OfficeSpace offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 USD for US-based candidates and $75,000 - $100,000 CAD for Canada-based candidates, determined based on a variety of job-related factors.
