We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our team at OfficeSpace. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building, managing, and executing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and accelerate pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute integrated marketing funnel programs to take prospects from awareness to opportunity to purchase.
- Plan and deploy targeted nurture campaigns, email campaigns, and re-engagement programs by segment, use case, and persona.
- Develop and manage webinars and digital events, including identifying topics and SMEs, collaborating with content and design teams, and coordinating scheduling and deliverables.
- Support the management of in-person events, from project conception through execution, partnering closely with our content and design teams and our BDR team.
- Oversee end-to-end paid digital campaigns, including planning, ad copywriting, bid management, budget allocation, account/ad group structure, keyword optimization, A/B testing, and analyzing results.
- Develop and execute ABM strategies, including account selection, research, and planning.
- Test, optimize, and produce ABM campaign materials and messaging, partner with BDRs and AEs to optimize outcomes, measure and report on results.
- Prioritize and group accounts according to opportunity, buyer need, persona, solution, and buying cycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, cost to acquire, campaign performance, and more.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize campaigns, and achieve results.
- Work closely with our BDR team to assure quality delivery and proper follow-up.
- Stay current on trends and best practices and continually analyze and leverage opportunities for optimizing programs.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation in a B2B SaaS organization required, preferably between $10M - $100M ARR.
- Familiarity with a diverse MarTech stack including: Hubspot, Salesforce, and 6Sense; proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush (or comparable SEO tool).
- Advanced experience with PPC ad platforms, campaign creation, and management (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Capterra).
- Advanced experience developing and managing ABM campaigns and partnering with BDR and sales to execute on GTM strategy.
- Excellent collaboration skills with an ability to work cross-functionally to communicate a clear and consistent message to all team members, and to influence and motivate extended team members.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to increase pipeline and optimize conversion rates via ABM, omnichannel, and full-funnel content strategies.
- Metrics-driven, enthusiastic self-starter with strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity.
- Creative problem-solver with a 'can-do' attitude.
