Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute demand-generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive leads and grow the sales pipeline.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with national and state associations, media outlets, and subject matter experts to expand our reach and influence.
- Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO, and events.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Enhance marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on goals, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of business objectives.
- Manage assigned budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and content marketing best practices.
- Certification in Google Ads, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Competitive salary range: $90,000-95,000 per year.
