Demand Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain Planning team at Article. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading demand forecasting and planning initiatives to optimize product availability and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for over 2500+ SKUs, considering historical sales, promotional plans, seasonality, and new product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and drive forecast accuracy.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing demand planning team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance internal demand planning processes, tools, and systems.
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical forecasting techniques and data analysis tools.
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
- Experience with demand planning software and ERP systems.
- Strong decision-making skills grounded in data and analysis.

What We Offer- Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $142,000 per year.
