Job Overview:

The ETO Manufacturing Specialist role involves leading manufacturing engineering support for operations, assisting production personnel, and identifying cost reductions and productivity improvements.

Main Tasks:

  • Investigate, solve, and report on manufacturing problems using Lean practices and methodologies.
  • Identify assembly equipment, tooling, and fixture requirements.
  • Participate in procurement, installation, and validation activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related technical degree.
  • 2+ years of experience as a mechanical engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of Medium Voltage products and demonstrated record of technical competence.
