We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support our Engineered to Order manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes, leading projects, and ensuring the highest quality product at the lowest cost.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide manufacturing engineering support for manufacturing operations.
- Assist production personnel in downtime resolution, quality of products produced, and safety practices.
- Identify and implement manufacturing cost reductions and productivity improvements.
- Investigate, solve, and report on manufacturing problems using continuous Lean practices and problem-solving methodologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical degree.
- 5+ years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Engineer to Order business environment.
- Strong knowledge of Medium Voltage products and experience with Project Management, Design For Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA), Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
