Manufacturing Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineering Lead to join our team at GridBridge, Inc.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and be able to apply technical knowledge to drive continuous improvement in the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process engineering projects, including the selection and setup of machinery, equipment layout, and workflow optimization.
- Conduct process simulations and analysis to predict production issues and identify solutions.
- Provide hand-on technical training and support to production staff and operators, enhancing their understanding of process engineering principles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or Process Engineer, preferably in the distribution transformer or related manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvement projects and lean manufacturing principles.
