Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director - Clinical Operations to join our team at Little Leaves Behavioral Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our programs, ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Oversee the clinical operations of our programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of clinical professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of care and services are maintained.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate the performance of clinical staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including clinical services, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a behavioral health or autism services setting.
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or education.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of clinical professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
