About Athletes in Action: Athletes in Action (AIA), a division of Power To Change, is dedicated to guiding individuals towards a relationship with Jesus and empowering them to impact the world through sports. Our collective efforts, whether by staff or volunteers, are focused on advancing this vital mission.

Position Overview: The AIA Regional Director will collaborate with regional personnel, coaches, and volunteers to advance the mission of Athletes In Action through the execution of Action Camps, Action Clubs, and various community-oriented sports programs. While primarily concentrating on their designated region, the Director will also partner with Regional Directors nationwide to create and implement effective resources and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage programming within the assigned region.
  2. Lead, nurture, and expand the regional staff team.
  3. Engage with fellow Regional Directors on national initiatives.

Ministry Partner Development: This role necessitates the development of Ministry Partners. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to establish a partnership team that provides both financial and prayer support for the ministry. The financial contributions will support the candidate's salary and associated ministry expenses.
