Regional Director for Youth Initiatives at AIA

Athletes in Action (a division of Power To Change) is dedicated to guiding individuals to discover Jesus and experience transformative power through sports. Regardless of the role—be it staff or volunteers—everyone involved is committed to advancing this overarching mission.

The AIA Regional Director will collaborate with regional personnel, coaches, and volunteers to realize the mission of Athletes In Action through the execution of Action Camps, Action Clubs, and various community-oriented sports initiatives. While primarily focused on their designated region, they will also work alongside Regional Directors nationwide to create and implement pertinent resources and strategies.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Overseeing programming within their region.
  2. Leading, developing, and expanding the regional staff team.
  3. Collaborating with fellow Regional Directors on national initiatives.

This role necessitates Ministry Partner Development. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to establish a partnership team that provides both financial and prayer support for the ministry. This financial backing will cover the candidate's salary and ministry-related expenses.
