Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Detail Shop Manager to join our team at Kamo Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operation of the auto detail shop.
  • Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Staffing and Operations: Determine staffing requirements, plan and organize daily operations, and resolve issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
