Auto Detail Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Detail Shop Manager to join our team at Public Auto Body 2021 Ltd.
Job Summary:The Auto Detail Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our auto detailing department, ensuring that all vehicles are detailed to the highest standards of quality and appearance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train a team of detailers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
- Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, including detailing packages and add-ons.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement and manage price and credits policies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Locate and Procure Merchandise: Source and procure high-quality merchandise for resale, including detailing supplies and equipment.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our detailing services and attract new customers.
- Budgeting and Monitoring: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make adjustments as needed to ensure profitability.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements based on business needs and ensure that the team is adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in auto detailing or a related field.
- Support for Diverse Groups: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
40 hours per week, permanent position.
