The Auto Detail Shop Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our auto detailing shop, ensuring that all vehicles are detailed to the highest standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train a team of detailers to ensure that all vehicles are detailed efficiently and effectively.
  • Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure the shop's profitability.
  • Staffing and Training: Determine staffing requirements, recruit and train new staff members, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in auto detailing or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
