The Auto Detail Shop Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our auto detailing shop, ensuring that all vehicles are detailed to the highest standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient and effective operation of the detailing shop.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in auto detailing or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of market research and trends.
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
