Job Title: Auto Detail Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Detail Shop Manager to join our team at Public Auto Body 2021 Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Auto Detail Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our auto detailing department, ensuring that all vehicles are detailed to the highest standards of quality and appearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train a team of detailers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, including detailing packages and add-ons.
  • Price and Credits Policies: Implement and manage price and credits policies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Locate and Procure Merchandise: Source and purchase high-quality detailing products and equipment.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
  • Budgeting and Monitoring: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing needs and make recommendations for hiring and training.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Mentorship and Coaching: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
