Auto Detail Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Detail Shop Manager to join our team at Public Auto Body 2021 Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our detailing shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our shop operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of detailing technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity, informing our pricing and product offerings.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they align with our business goals and customer needs.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including social media, advertising, and promotions.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a detailing or automotive-related field.
