Auto Detail Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Detail Shop Manager to join our team at Public Auto Body 2021 Ltd.
Job Summary:The Auto Detail Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our auto detailing department, ensuring that all vehicles are detailed to the highest standards of quality and appearance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and coordinate the work of detailing technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity, informing our sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement and manage price and credits policies, ensuring that they are fair and competitive.
- Locate and Procure Merchandise: Source and procure high-quality merchandise for resale, ensuring that it meets our quality standards.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
- Budget Planning and Monitoring: Plan and monitor budgets, ensuring that revenues and expenses are aligned with our business goals.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements, ensuring that we have the right people in place to meet our business needs.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Offer mentorship and coaching opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Networking Opportunities: Provide networking opportunities for these groups, helping them to build connections and advance their careers.
Working Conditions: This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
