About the Role

As a Contract Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships through effective business development strategies. You'll maintain impeccable customer service standards, oversee sales operations, and ensure accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential business opportunities by monitoring building permits and staying informed about market trends.
  • Develop a robust lead base through various strategies, including networking, referrals, and industry connections.
  • Stay informed about competitors and organize annual showroom visits.

Sales Operations and Customer Service:

  • Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales order documentation.
  • Provide daily updates to the Manager and assist with collections when necessary.

Professional Development and Technical Expertise:

  • Provide technical assistance to fellow sales representatives.
  • Apply effective selling skills and construction knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
  • Ensure product presence and condition at sites.
  • Perform site inspections and prepare billing documentation.

Offsite Trade/Show Homes Management:

  • Foster positive relationships with trade/show home providers.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in a B2B context.
  • Basic to moderate computer proficiency.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driver's abstract.

We offer an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
