Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CORPORATE SALES MANAGER to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
- Led senior-level client relationships and negotiations;
- Mange sales teams to drive performance and results;
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging campaigns;
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines;
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales;
- Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts;
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments;
- Recruit, organize, train and manage staff;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager;
- 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on location);
- 40 hours of work per week;
- English language proficiency;
