Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced CORPORATE SALES MANAGER to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales planning and execution.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
  • Led senior-level client relationships and negotiations;
  • Mange sales teams to drive performance and results;
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging campaigns;
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines;
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales;
  • Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts;
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments;
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff;

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager;
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on location);
  • 40 hours of work per week;
  • English language proficiency;
