About the Role:

Foveo Memorial Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to our staff, ensuring seamless operation of our business systems and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and software

  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for system enhancements and upgrades

  • Develop and maintain documentation for technical procedures and processes

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our systems remain secure and efficient

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field

  • Demonstrated expertise in computer systems, networks, and software applications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent experience

  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
