Job Summary

Koppert Canada Limited is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Offer advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, promoting self-sufficiency and independence.
  • Maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve overall system efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users, ensuring seamless access to critical information and resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
