About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodging House Manager to join our team at JEMCORP Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our lodging facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible rates and services for our facilities.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure bookings and ensure maximum occupancy.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Implement marketing activities to promote our facilities and services.
  • Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and safe.
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations and maximum productivity.
  • Manage events and activities to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
