Key Responsibilities

Conduct Training Sessions

Conduct training sessions for staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

Prepare Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses

Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the resort is operating within budget.

Prepare Marketing Plans

Prepare marketing plans to attract new customers and increase revenue.

Implement Marketing Activities
