Job Title: Lodging House Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodging House Manager to join our team at JEMCORP Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our lodging house, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Supervise staff and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Prepare marketing plans to attract new clients
  • Implement marketing activities to promote our services
  • Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure a safe and clean environment
  • Enforce policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Manage events and activities to enhance the customer experience
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure a smooth operation
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
