Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct learning needs analysis to determine need, scope, and required resources based on business needs.
  • Gather and synthesize information and data to identify recommendations for learning solutions.
  • Support and inform curriculum development, including planning, designing, developing, and outlining solutions to learning objectives.
  • Assist with planning and execution of projects and resources to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Commercial Underwriting experience a plus.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize data using a variety of tools.
  • Experience with writing and developing learning resources.
  • Aware of learning technologies, support systems, and methodologies with the ability to assist with implementation of those technologies.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Two years' experience in a learning and development, training, design, or business-related field.
