The Role

We are currently looking for a Partner to join our collaborative and accomplished executive search team and play a lead role in expanding our national search practice. As a Partner, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, securing, and sustaining strong client relationships that will allow the firm to increase its market share in search and other practice areas representing our full breadth of human capital solutions.

You will provide industry expertise as a trusted advisor to clients, develop/identify search opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, and manage multiple search assignments, delivering quality service in a timely manner.

Key Accountabilities
  • Effectively market the LHH Knightsbridge value proposition and services

  • Project management, which includes allocating resources, managing projects to time, budget and quality standards, and coaching team members to ensure success
  • Work collaboratively with other colleagues across the practice and the firm
