We're seeking a highly motivated and strategic Partner Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Partner Marketing Manager at Achievers, you'll develop and execute marketing programs in collaboration with key partners, including Workday, UKG, Google, and Microsoft.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key partners to develop and co-market joint initiatives.
  • Collaborate with partner relationship teams to align on joint marketing strategies and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans that leverage the strengths of Achievers and its key partners.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partner marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand generation.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all partner-related marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials highlighting the value of Achievers and partner solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate the sales team on partner offerings and joint value propositions.
  • Establish key performance indicators for partner marketing initiatives and analyze campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve future marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in partner marketing within the B2B technology space.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, HR technology, and related industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with Workday, UKG, Google, and Microsoft ecosystems is a plus.
