Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dynamic sales team to achieve daily sales efforts, total revenues, and yield strategies for Manteo and Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort.
  • Coordinate all brand marketing and Public Relations initiatives to maximize profitability and enhance quality service for our guests.
  • Implement and supervise the execution of Sales & Marketing strategic plans to continue the repositioning of Eldorado Resort.
  • Support and lead Revenue Management strategies for the hotel, specifically the achievement of targeted room revenues and optimal sales mix.
  • Continue to build the positioning of the hotels through communications and building strong relationships with the community, industry, and business sectors.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum five years of sales and marketing experience in the hotel industry.
  • Previous experience in a hotel setting either as a Director of Sales or a minimum of 5 years experience in a Marketing Manager role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management systems.
  • Strong media, presentation, and computer skills.
