Culinary Operations Supervisor

Join PJ Atlantic Restaurants (Fred-North) Ltd. as a Culinary Operations Supervisor. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Education Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
This position is based in a restaurant setting, where you will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
- Manage cash register operations.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Work Conditions- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform under pressure is essential.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods is required.
- Strong client focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- This is a permanent position.
- Work hours range from 30 to 40 hours per week.
