Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
  • Manage cash register operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.

Work Conditions
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform under pressure is essential.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods is required.

Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
